VISION - HOW TO FUEL AND SUSTAIN IT TO FRUITION

Vision requires sustenance for it to be followed through by everyone on whom it is dependent and to whom it is relevant.
To sustain the vision and maintain focus even under circumstances where there is very little visible evidence to show for it, a lot of faith must be thrown behind it after all faith is the evidence of things unseen - yet! because when the time is right and all that needs to be done is done and the requisite work is put in, the vision can do nothing but manifest in fullness and
glory.

Whatever vision we have we must stand ready to sustain and fuel it with our faith in all circumstances, sometimes our work becomes the subject of ridicule to those who do not share our vision or worse still those who have no idea what our vision is and that we actually have one and are doing what we are doing headed in the direction of the vision coming to pass.
Do you think Michelangelo Buonarotti was never distracted from his work starting out on a shapeless huge piece of stone before it started showing signs of what it is that he was sculpturing? I think he was because in the world we live in our paradigms will always differ as long as we have not deliberately made effort to consider and understand the next person's view point. Therefore it takes intrinsic faith with one's own personal references and conviction to believe in the vision, fuel it, sustain it and carry it to term.

Every worthwhile vision must be written down and recorded at conception when the zeal is burning on the inside, the ideas are still fresh before being watered down by doubt and "reality checks"
At that stage when like a child one finds themselves momentarily totally convinced that all things are possible, before the naysayers talk you out of it and the doomsayers write an epitaph for a vision and idea that they are clueless about.
Yes every vision must be written down even for the sake of those with whom it shall be shared and whose cooperation it shall require. It becomes a point of reference from which the vision gets executed. We read in the Bible from
Habakkuk 2:2-3 KJV
[2] And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. [3] For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

So we write not only for ourselves but those with whom we intend to work in executing the vision as well as those who may want to understand what we are doing and why we are doing it.

Cooperation with others, collaboration, brain storming, sharing ideas and learning from like minded people especially those who have successfully executed similar visions to ours are some sure ways of fueling and sustaining the vision to term. We ought to identify the like minded, the powerful minds in our area of operation, those who are willing and able to mentor and show us the ropes because some may be willing yet not gifted in imparting the knowledge and skill so it is also incumbent upon us to learn and be able to emulate and observe in order to have the key takeaways from our observation so that we inform our own journey because though similar to theirs it is still peculiar to us.

We must never let up and never stop believing if we have a vision and a mission to accomplish in our lives, we must understand fully the price tag on our vision and be willing to pay a premium on it because it consumes us and it is our life's purpose. Realising it and accomplishing our mission means our vision has come to pass and we
get reason to celebrate and look back with pride and joy that we never gave up and lost sight of the vision.
