HERE'S THE SECRET OF INNOVATION & REALISING DREAMS - GUTS OVER FEAR!

As much as humanity has made great strides in leaps and bounds bringing about and refining civilisation, I am very sure that still many dreams and innovative ideas suffer at the clutches of fear and die due to the paralysis it causes in the hearts and minds of those that carry them.
It is wonderful that we are seeing more and more people rise above their fears and pursue their innovative ideas and things that they are passionate about. The secret and special ingredient that gets the dreams realised - guts over fear!

You take your chances, step over your fears, ignore the self-doubt and do it anyway! It is better to cross the line of your fears and suffer the consequences than to just stare at that line for the rest of your life wondering "what if?" because either way someone will step over their fears and do something similar or even not as sophisticated as you would have done but they will be fulfilled inside because its their own idea brought to reality and they will be remembered for it whilst you bang your head saying "but I thought about that too!" The difference is they chose guts over fear. All of us can choose guts over fear and make great contributions to the world and mother earth in our lifetime.
The professions and callings of this world are just but stages and platforms where people play and display their talent, skills and craft to those who find themselves in the role  of spectator and audience.
At the surgeon's theatre the patients are the audience, they admire with awe the skill, talent and
passion displayed by the doctors in separating conjoined twins, an organ transplant and all the amazing things that they do. In the sports field the athletes are the players displaying their craft whilst the masses watch and cheer on from the terraces.
It is those who will step over their fears with guts in their area of interest who will perform whilst others make the audience.
These roles reverse all the time from spectator  to performer, we all deserve to find ourselves on the stage in our areas of interest and passion with an audience around us whilst we make a contribution and give of ourselves to humanity. However the way to be on the stage is by choosing guts over fear, it is both humbling and rewarding to get acknowledgement for doing something well, more-so if it's the one thing you are passionate about and enjoy doing having mastered doing it after stepping over your fears, getting to the edge and flying.
Yes! The key to innovation and realising dreams is guts over fear!
